Q. Can I place a pickup order on any Greenland Market Online Website?

Yes! Before you submit your order, we will ask you to select the pickup date. Make sure you
select “Pickup” and choose a pickup day to your liking. Be sure to select the right pickup
location!

Q. When will my order be ready?

We understand how important it is to receive your order quickly, especially now. Unfortunately,
due to unusually high demand, our pickup and delivery services may experience order delays.
Any order submitted before 3 PM, will be ready the same day within 1-3 business hours. We will
send you a “Ready For Pickup” email when your order is ready. Orders submitted after 3 PM,
will be ready the very next day during pickup time.
Note: There are no Sunday or Wednesday orders.
Deliveries and pick up hours are dependent on the location’s operating hours.

Q. What are the pickup times?

Super Greenland Location: 10 AM – 6 PM: Mon-Sat. (NO SUNDAY OR WEDNESDAY)

Q. How long will my order be held?

Orders after 3 PM should be picked up by noon of the following business day (12 PM), if you
decide not to pick up your order by this time, our system will cancel your order.

Q. What happens to my cart if I leave before placing my order?

Don’t worry! We’ll save the contents of your cart for you by the time you come back! Just keep in
mind that prices and item availability may be subject to change.

Q. What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum orders are: $25.00

Q. What is an Authorization Hold?

Your financial institution authorized the payment and placed a hold on your account at the time
you placed your order. This authorization hold temporarily decreases your available funds. If
your order is canceled, the hold will expire in accordance with the time frame set by your
financial institution – usually within 1-2 business days. If we change the quantity or delete
unavailable items, we will process your final invoice and charge your Credit the final change you receive.

Q. What is the current wait time for pickup after I arrive at the store?

In times like these, we know it’s important to receive your order quickly. Our associates are hard
at work putting together as many orders as possible. Unfortunately, due to unusually high demand, we’re experiencing longer-than-usual wait times. Pickups should be ready within 2-5 minutes if it’s for in-store pickup and 3-10 minutes for curbside pickup.

Q. Who is responsible for assembling my order?

Our employees will be assembling your order.

Q. Why am I not receiving emails from Greenland Market?

If you are not receiving emails from us, please check your “Junk/Spam” folder and make sure
the email didn’t get flagged.

Q. I have an issue with one of my items. How do I receive a refund?

Due to the COVID-19 situation, there are no returns or exchanges on any products due to safety
concerns. Please check your order before leaving the store! Once the order gets picked up, we
are not responsible for any missing or damaged items.

For Delivery missing items, please email us ASAP within 6 hours.

Q. What is the order confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If you paid by credit card, you will
receive the confirmation email once your credit card is approved. Otherwise, you will receive an
email notifying you that the credit card transaction failed and instructions on how to resubmit
your payment. If you no longer have your order confirmation email, you can view your order,
such as order status and delivery dates, through your account. If you have not received a
confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service. Email confirmation includes order
number, address, the item(s), and order summary.

Q. How can I change my order?

Before submitting the order please double check your order(s), once submitted, you CAN NOT
edit or cancel your order. Click (Order Edit) on your account page.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Debit And Credit Cards. Pay for your Groceries using
your EBT Card when you arrive at your Greenland pickup location.

Q. Will my information be kept private?

When we ask you to enter private information, such as your credit card number, we encrypt it so
that it can’t be read by others. We are using SSL Website and PayPal Security Pages. We will
NOT release your personal information to any third party unless you have granted us explicit
permission to do so.

Q. Tell me more about your delivery?

All orders submitted before 1PM, will deliver same day, EXCEPT Sunday & Wednesday.

Orders will deliver between 2 PM and 8 PM.

You’ll receive a Text message from the delivery department with a link, you can check your order arriving time, by visiting that link.

 

Q. Where do you deliver?

Right now we deliver to: Wayne, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland & Washtenaw counties only.

Q. What about delivery fees?

Dearborn & Dearborn Heights: $10.

All other areas: orders below $100, will charge $10, above that will charge by percentage.

Q. What if I’m not home?

The driver will leave your order in front door, unless you provide us with any special instruction (for example: back door).

However, if you have meat, produce, dairy or frozen food, please make sure someone at home during the delivery time.

We are not responsible for any unpicked up orders after that.

We will send you a text message once your products are delivered.

Q. What is the Out of stock option?

You can select one or more of the options available for similar item, for example: if your order 2 lb Rice, and we have 2 of 1lb, will send 2 bags of 1lb, or you can select similar item (other brand, same size and price).

If we can not fined other item, or the prices are higher, our customer service will call you and discuss this matter with you, once you agree, they will collect the different amount over the phone.

Q. Tell us more about your Food Safety Policy?

Food Safety AND Quality is a top priority at all Greenland Markets. We make sure that all our
staff and employees are well equipped with the proper knowledge to make sure your food is
properly picked and maintained at all stages of the shopping process. Our team has been
trained to look for the freshest possible items and pay special attention to expiration dates,
broken seals, and the quality of Fresh Produce. We make sure that all items are maintained in
temperature-controlled refrigerators and freezers at the store until your order is picked up.
